Description
• Building shipments in the computer system using documentation provided by the customer • Scheduling appointments for those shipments via phone, email, and internet websites • Building and scheduling approximately 50-60 orders per day • Assisting with updating the customer when they ask for order updates • Assisting with weekly spreadsheets to confirm details of the orders that have already been picked up • Working with the Business Development and the Sales Support teams to ensure that orders are built and scheduled correctly and in a timely fashion
Requirements
• High School Diploma required • Bachelor's Degree preferred • 1-2 years of data entry experience preferred
