Description
• Supervising the Day-to-Day operations of an enterprise client with multiple programs, ensuring the “Service Experience” of Fooda is consistently offered to all customers • Work closely with Delivery logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of meals by Fooda Drivers, organize, and properly arrange over 300 lunch orders delivered daily • Coordinate and oversee internal catering events at client location • Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport to determine catering needs • Recruit, train, and manage dedicated hourly staff • Ensure all customers are rung up and properly charged for goods purchased • Manage customer service inquiries on-site and through digital channels • Update and maintain POS and menu software as-needed. • Weekly accounting responsibilities and ensure all financial entries are documented properly within Fooda’s systems • Escalate any potential issues or questions occurring to Operations Manager when necessary to ensure proper procedures are being aligned to
Requirements
• You love building relationships and enjoy customer service • You are optimistic in the face of problems and you’re capable of finding solutions quickly and effectively • You are organized and detail oriented--Type-A personality is a plus! • Quick thinking on your feet and no problem is too big or small for you • You do not wait for direction and are always looking for ways to improve • Prior experience managing hourly or full-time staff preferred • Prior experience in food service or enterprise catering preferred • Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in addition to four to five years of relevant experience
