Description

• Develop best practices and workflow for opportunities, accounts, contacts, and sales activities to improve sales tools effectiveness and ensure data integrity • Oversee Salesforce optimization and standardization to ensure alignment with sales, marketing, and partner funnel strategies • Evaluate and implement systems, tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that supports the company's growth objectives • Lead the revenue operations team, setting clear goals, managing performance, and providing ongoing coaching and development • Collaborate strategically with cross functional teams on positioning, enablement, and roadmap priorities, ensuring alignment with objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years of go-to-market operations, go-to-market systems, or deal desk experience in a SaaS or subscription-based sales environment • Experience managing a team of sales/revenue operations and salesforce administrators • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment • Strong experience with Salesforce • Proven track record of implementing core GTM systems in sales, marketing, and/or customer success practices
