Description
• Provide strategic guidance on complex regulatory issues • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations • Drive the growth and global scalability of products
Requirements
• At least 5 years of legal experience advising technology or fintech companies • Deep knowledge of laws and regulations related to payment processing • Experience with international laws and regulations affecting payment processing • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, compliance, and operations teams • Ability to provide clear, strategic legal advice in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A proactive, ownership mentality with a willingness to engage in all aspects of product counseling • JD and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar
