• Integral part of driving performance in renewing customer relationships • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure value realization • Manage opportunity pipeline and provide forecasts to management • Attain quarterly targets for bookings and renewals • Handle billing disputes and identify technical guidance needs
• 5+ years experience in an Account Management position or related function • Experience handling Enterprise accounts • Strong contract negotiation skills • Excellent executive level communication and presentation skills • Experience territory planning and researching customer value prop • Technology sales experience in a subscription model environment • Competency with sales pipeline management and CRM tools • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
