Description

• As a Sales Representative, responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. • Work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs, present products or services, and close deals.

Requirements

• Generate new leads by Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email and social media outreach, and referrals. • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities. • Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients. • Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address those needs effectively. • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed individual and team targets. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-sale. • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of GDS products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. • Track and report on sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. • Maintain accurate records in CRM software and provide regular updates to management.
