Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Channel Partnerships Manager to join our team • This role involves developing and nurturing relationships with strategic partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence • Responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing partner relationships • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop co-marketing strategies and ensure seamless integration of partner capabilities with our offerings • Monitor and analyze partner performance, implementing improvements and strategies to enhance productivity and effectiveness • Represent Leverage at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote our brand and forge new partnerships • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential partners that could enhance our platform's capabilities and appeal

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • At least 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partnership management, preferably in the technology and supply chain • Proven negotiation skills with an excellent proven track record of closing partnership deals and achieving revenue targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders • Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of the tech market and supply chain dynamics • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
