Description

•Actively manage and nurture existing supplier relationships, ensuring the portfolio's growth through strategic account optimization and engagement to achieve your Estimated Net Revenue goals •Pitch and win defined Opportunities such as bringing online new activities, increasing availability, and negotiating commission increases •Improving customer experience by negotiating with suppliers metrics such as cancellation rates and no-show rates and fixing connectivity issues can help achieve this goal •Regularly review account performance, provide detailed reports and insights, and proactively develop strategies for top accounts in the portfolio •Be the face of GetYourGuide within the region by attending relevant events and conferences •Identify and lead growth initiatives with your top accounts, from idea generation to implementation, project management, success tracking, and reporting. Leverage internal cross-functional partners where appropriate.

Requirements

•3+ years experience in Sales or Account Management, e-commerce, or travel tech preferred •Proven track record of exceeding sales goals •Strong communication and problem-solving skills •Highly analytical with an ability to work with data and relevant tools •Experience in Live Events desired •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
