• The Account Director is a key client-facing role managing relationships with large Strategy Consulting firms on a Global basis. • The successful candidate will have full accountability for one of GLG’s largest revenue & fastest growing accounts with direct oversight of a dedicated global client servicing & business development team. • This individual will serve as the primary client lead & go-to, responsible for setting the strategic direction of the account and driving accelerated partnership & performance.
• 12+ years of professional experience including 3+ years in a Tier 1 consulting firm. • Strong leadership skills with experience building & managing high-performing teams. • Demonstrated ability to develop workflow & operating frameworks in a high-growth environment. • Deep understanding of consultant research requirements. • Exceptional communication & influential verbal skills, with the ability to develop meaningful and lasting relationships with clients & team members.
