Description

• Provides enhanced technical and end-user support • Timely troubleshooting and resolution of hardware problems • Ongoing support and maintenance of computers and equipment • Troubleshooting and maintenance of internal support systems • Ability to provide support for non-windows operating systems • Knowledge of ticketing and desktop management applications

Requirements

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Technology Management • 3-5 years’ experience in an enterprise environment • Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Apple, and Linux • Hands on experience with SCCM/MDT, Landscape, MDM • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory • Enhanced knowledge of end-user applications • Enhanced experience with scripting (PowerShell) • Full understanding of local area networking • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly • Ability to prioritize assigned workload • Comfortable working under pressure • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Highly resourceful and good problem-solving abilities • Enthusiastic and with a commitment to learn
