Description

• Support business development team in compliance, operations, and training • Take on ad hoc projects in operations and client interaction • Provide direction, guidance, and strategic insight for growth and innovation • Business development role focused on new accounts in the Northeast Region • Drive sales cycle from end to end • Interpret customer requirements and communicate effective solutions • Provide compliance reporting to external clients • Assist in developing compliance initiatives • Develop understanding of customer infrastructure and facilitate integration with Global Relay systems • Gather requirements from MAP customer stakeholders • Manage Proof of Concept and implementation steps • Update stakeholders on progress • Propose a course of action for non-compliance • Review new regulatory policy to mitigate risk

Requirements

• Experience in SAAS electronic message archiving, compliance, and supervision solutions • Experience in financial services industry with compliance focus • Excellent knowledge of banking and investment fund laws and regulations • University degree, Law degree, or CPA would be an asset • Project management experience • Willingness to travel within region
