• Managing our CEO’s online channels • Supporting the Communications Director to shape her narrative • Crafting editorial calendars and content • Measuring impact and engagement • Creating content across various social media platforms • Scheduling and moderating posts • Reviewing analytics and implementing learnings • Assisting in creating video content • Maintaining internal photo and video libraries • Preparing interview and event briefs and talking points • Assisting in earned media outreach • General research and communications administrative tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in community management • Exceptional writing and copy editing skills • Experience or exposure to community management tools and software for planning, monitoring and analytics • Experience with Canva • Ability to film and edit video for social media preferred • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to handle confidential matters and information with discretion • Self-reflective and aligned with Acumen’s values • Authorized to work in the U.S. (based in NY, or willing to relocate to NY for this role)
