Description

• Provide prompt, high-quality support • Answer customer questions via phone or Zendesk ticketing system • Give solutions advice and guide customers through product features • Use excellent communication skills to deal with difficult situations • Keep good working relationships with customers • Collaborate with staff to ensure company rules are followed • Assess customers and communicate feedback on products • Ensure appropriate customer follow-up for technical problems • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years experience in a contact center environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ZenDesk preferred • Experience with accounting and/or property management terminology preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficient in de-escalation techniques • Proven multitasker able to work in an omnichannel environment • Independent problem solver, a mindset for troubleshooting • Able to work in the US without sponsorship
