Description

• Lead design projects from kick-off to release • Own key workflows across multiple product surfaces • Have ongoing conversations with users to identify areas for improvement • Iterate quickly with product and engineering on designs for new features • Create pixel-perfect mockups and collaborate with engineers to implement new designs • Contribute to and evolve our design system components and patterns • Champion and evolve the design culture and processes at Graphite

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end • Ability to translate ambiguous user needs to concrete requirements and turn them into comprehensive designs • Proven user experience and product design experience with concrete examples of iterative approaches to complex problems • A strong sense for visual design and creating scalable patterns and components • Mastery of contemporary design and prototyping tools and best practices • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
