• Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of customer communications platform • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and cross-functional partners • Develop a deep understanding of effective communications for multiple personas • Set goals and strategy, then translate into a roadmap and requirements • Drive the product development process from concept to launch
Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience driving platforms and systems • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to launch • Expertise in identifying and understanding patterns across interconnected systems • Strong data literacy and the ability to derive data-driven insights that guide strategic decision-making • Strength in finding clarity in ambiguous situations to make informed and well-reasoned decisions • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
