• Identify impactful problems and opportunities for ML tech. • Build relationships across engineering, design, and business teams. • Champion customer voice with a commitment to high-quality products. • Participate in a hybrid work model, 3 days in-office.
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on software product management of ML/Data Science products. • Experience working in Ad Tech, specifically on a Supply Side Platform. • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or technical discipline), MBA strongly desired. • Must be very detail-oriented, organized, and possess a bias toward excellence. • Ability to influence and drive alignment with key stakeholders at all levels within the organization. • Pronounced focus on analytical and strategic thinking. • Strong Leadership skills – the ability to influence and inspire across multiple teams and job functions without formal authority. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proven track record of balancing multiple projects at once with successful, on-time delivery
