Description

• The Senior Account Executive will drive company growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in the banking sector. • This role focuses exclusively on engaging with prospective clients to expand market presence and revenue. • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled negotiator, and proven closer with B2B sales success, especially in technology or financial services sectors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in acquiring new clients and closing deals. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • Experience in the technology or financial services sectors is highly desirable, particularly within RegTech. • Strong understanding of sales processes, with an emphasis on lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
