Requirements

• Experience in a customer facing environment resolving issues over the phone • Ability to handle high volume phone calls • Problem-solving skills • Fluent in English, Spanish a plus • Secluded and uninterrupted workspace • Internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps download/2.5 Mbps upload • Preferably have experience working from home
