• Prospect new clients within the Wealth Management industry • Maintain relationships with current clients • Provide support to internal Enterprise Solutions team • Develop marketplace positioning and go-to-market strategy • Develop new and existing relationships with RIAs • Lead platform demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and collaborate on technology solutions • Drive sales strategy and business development initiatives • Manage internal projects and provide guidance to team members
• 10+ years of Business Development/Relationship Management experience • Strong knowledge of Structured Investments • Experience working with RIAs • Excellent communication skills • Strategic mindset • Ability to work independently • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
• $155,000 to $175,000 base salary range • Salary, equity, and annual performance bonus • Retirement plan, healthcare, dental, vision, telemedicine, and mental health counseling • Parental leave and unlimited PTO • Office flexibility (3-4 days a week)
