Description

• Manage existing relationships with platform partners at TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Snap and more, serving as the main point of contact between each platform and the agency. • Build relationships with all platforms to grow a pipeline of potential new partnerships beneficial to the agency’s growth and offerings. • Ensure all criteria for our ‘badged’ status with each of our partners are met with a focus on maintaining a strong working relationship. • Alongside sales lead, track revenue for each platform partner and report on progress to the VP of Sales and Group Director of Client Services. • Support a verticalized Sales team with new opportunities and relationship management across all platform partners. • Educate the US team on partnership, process or innovation changes occurring with our partners through educational sessions, specific decks to support the relationships and platform narratives, and more. • Partner cross functionally in pre and post sale to ensure platform partner insights are up to date, support on product questions, invoicing, and overall feedback on partnership opportunities. • Provide regular market feedback to our product and marketing teams to aid in the development of our offering and to ensure alignment with our platform partnerships. • Oversee development of all platform partner case studies which includes partnering with client services to receive reporting data and work with design to ensure completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at an agency or platform. • Ability to be a self starter and to take control of opportunities with strong revenue skills, with an understanding of targets and how to execute against them. • Understanding of platform products, data, and implementation, with the ability to act as an key stakeholder internally and externally, overseeing all capabilities and best practices related to product. • Skilled in client relationship strategy and management, with a proven track record of delivering on client needs via innovative solutions. • Excellent proposal and presentation skills, with the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders. • Extensive knowledge of the broader competitive landscape, capable of staying on top of relevant market trends and platform updates.
