The K-12 Math Curriculum that teachers and students love!

201 - 500

Description

• Play a vital role in our growth in the US as a pioneer and bring your passion for education and teaching. • Work in a high-paced environment while making a meaningful impact in classrooms across your region. • Bring our program to school districts, leading meeting generation and procurement. • Develop and execute effective Go-to-Market tactics. • Navigate early-stage market constraints and go the extra mile as part of our supportive, ambitious small team. • Build a strong network of administrators in our target states and divisions across New Jersey. • Generate meaningful interactions with district-level administrators through various channels (cold outreach, conferences, webinars, referrals) and drive discovery meetings. • Manage the sales process from A to Z to master it and lead by example. • Shape the current GTM strategy with relevant tactics in your area. • Conduct product demonstrations (hands-on and math-focused, not product features-oriented).

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a growth-oriented, front-facing position in the curriculum space or education in New Jersey, with demonstrated experience with school districts in the state. • Expertise in creating meaningful relationships and generating opportunities with district-level administrators, or equivalent. • A knack for speaking and connecting with teachers. Educator-to-educator communication skills are fundamental for thriving in this role. • A genuine passion for math and education (and for improving traditional methods). • A hands-on approach to your work, understanding that our mission requires a lot of building from scratch. • An entrepreneurial mindset capable of thinking outside the box and excited about the challenges of an early stage. • An appetite to travel and visit schools and classrooms in your region. • Experience in math through your education or career. • Experience in going from 0 to 1 (in a product or market), perhaps while working at a startup. • An existing network with K-12 education. • Experience as a teacher, ideally at an elementary school.

Benefits

• 5% 401k match. • Comprehensive fully-covered medical, dental, and vision package ❤️‍. • Paid time off, including all federal and state holidays, and paid parental leave. • An additional week off during Christmas to be with family and rejuvenate. • Company computer and mobile phone. • Team building days (🧗📖⚽ and more).
