Description

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for US employees • Partner with departments to develop approaches to employee development • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees • Regularly meet with managers to identify areas of opportunity • Manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution • Partner to support all aspects of the employee life cycle • Take part in implementing employee performance reviews • Integrate company objectives into HR's programming • Partner in onboarding, training, and development programs • Collaborate in developing a comprehensive diversity strategy • Partner with People Operations in assessments of HR metrics • Understand employment law and update HR policies • Support in managing HRIS and HR technology systems • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HRBP and HR Generalist capacity • Can independently find solutions to complex problems • Strong history of relationship-building across various departments • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication • Strong business and HR acumen, with problem-solving skills • Comfortable leading training sessions at various levels • Experience handling cross-functional projects on a global scale • Ability to adapt to change quickly • Seeks out innovative process improvements • HRIS experience, including Performance review and compensation platforms • Tech/Advertising & Marketing experience, a plus
