• The Regional Sales Director will hire, develop, and manage an industry-leading GTM team of Enterprise Sales Executives responsible for developing, managing, and closing business across the United States. • Must be able to balance day-to-day tactical challenges while building long-term strategic plans to achieve healthy organizational growth. • Will understand the opportunity ahead and the impact you can have on the culture, success, and expansion of Instabase for years to come.
• Analyze, develop, and implement sales strategies across key accounts to attain company strategic objectives. • Enable, develop, and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build a sales pipeline to meet or exceed customer acquisition and retention goals. • Own strategic plans, the quarterly revenue forecast, territory design, and resource planning for sales of products in all stages of the lifecycle. • Develop team talent and pipeline by attracting, identifying, developing, rewarding, managing, and coaching. • Coach Enterprise Account Executives in world-class sales practices, including qualification methodologies, consultative techniques, and negotiations. • Identify process and product improvement solutions to increase revenue, profitability, and customer experience.
• 10+ years of Account Management experience with at least 3 years of formal sales experience building and leading high-performance Enterprise Sales teams in a software/SaaS environment. • Track record in closing large, complex deals across verticals in the Fortune 500. • Training in MEDDICC sales qualification or similar sales methodology. • Strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills to deliver solutions for internal operations and external customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Genuine flexibility and temperament to succeed in a high-energy, fast-growing startup.
