Description
• Engage prospects via inbound chat and phone calls • Nurture leads and close new customers • Execute targeted outreach campaigns • Develop understanding of platform value • Collaborate with Implementations team for smooth transitions • Identify and propose improvements to the sales process • Maintain adaptability in a changing market
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, sales environment • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and the massage industry is a plus • Demonstrated success in an activity-based sales process • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software • Strong communication skills • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances • Exceptional time management skills
