Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR technologies • Experience in the tech or marketing industry, with a focus on AI, is highly desirable • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
