• Serve as dedicated point of contact for high-value enterprise accounts • Provide executive-level guidance and thought leadership to clients • Conduct consultations to understand client challenges and align solutions • Act as voice of the customer for enterprise accounts • Investigate and resolve complex issues specific to enterprise clients • Expand understanding of insurance billing claims lifecycle • Utilize advanced Excel and data analysis skills • Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Bachelor’s degree • 10+ years of client-facing experience • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment • Experience managing relationships with enterprise-level clients • Strong communication and analytical skills
