Description

• Responsible for maintaining clients success and responsible for tasks including problem and incident management ensuring that SLA’s are achieved and client expectations are met (or exceeded). • Ensure service transition for clients as services are added or removed. • Liaison with all relevant business units to secure resources required to complete task/s on time and on budget; work with marketing initiatives by providing relevant client feedback. • Maintain client database entering all relevant information daily. • Be the point of contact when handling escalation requests.

Requirements

• Must have project management experience including cost management and basic accounting calculations. • Able to review and track new opportunities for the organization. • Basic understanding of Technology required. • Excellent active listening skills and able to ask relevant questions. • Able to work on simultaneous projects and completing tasks in a timely manner. • Strong business, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills. • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office software. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience
