Description
ā¢ Oversee the project execution of Just Appraised product solution implementations ā¢ Guide customers to meet all technical requirements for the project ā¢ Create a project plan and drive the project toward the target timeline ā¢ Act as a point of escalation for the customer during the launch phase ā¢ Clearly set expectations and communicate with customers
Requirements
ā¢ 3+ years of project management experience ā¢ Experience in a client-facing role ā¢ Experienced in developing and delivering training to non-technical end-users ā¢ Understanding of Statement of Work (SOW) objectives ā¢ Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly ā¢ Experience using tools such as Slack, JIRA, Trello, and Confluence ā¢ Ability to travel (up to) 30%
