Requirements

• Extensive experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive market. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Negotiation and presentation skills are required. • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives. • Charismatic and dynamic personality, with the ability to captivate and engage potential customers. • Provide coaching and training to team members • Assess team performance and implement enhancements • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
