Description

• Ensure HR professionals are properly trained on processing personnel actions. • Conduct multiple sessions accommodating up to 25 people each. • Training includes: - Utilizing OPM's Guide to Processing Personnel Actions. - Proper use of terminology, forms, codes, remarks, and authorities. - Computing service computation dates, processing "Within-Grade" determinations, and other HR actions.

Requirements

• Experienced Instructor who is current or former federal employee and subject matter expert on the federal workforce.
