Description
• Lead Campus Compact’s HR best practices and enhance equity, diversity, and inclusion • Develop and implement a people strategy for staff success • Steward overall employee experience, recruitment, and retention
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant People/Talent/HR experience • Ability to shift between strategic thinking and operational systems building • Track record of embedding equity throughout HR practices • High capacity to manage emotions and identify others' emotions • Experience designing and delivering training programs • Proven results coaching staff • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations • Experience working in a remote environment strongly preferred
