Description

• Have ownership over business development and sales of optical fabric products. • Explore customer needs, promote the company's products and solutions, and expand new customers and partnership channels. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, engineering, product, research, and interact with external partners and customers to ensure the products are aligned with customer needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales, technical sales or BD experience in the high-speed optics market. • Possess a deep understanding of the optical communications market and industry trends. • Experience with data center and AI architectures such as PCIe and related systems. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • A successful sales case of advanced packaged chips is preferred.
