Description

• We are hiring a SVP, Commercial Operations for the LOY-002 Launch to lead the successful launch and commercialization of this product. • Own LOY-002’s go-to-market strategy, execution, and P&L. • Lead and drive operational excellence across a multifunctional go-to-market team; including commercial manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, marketing, sales, field teams, and customer support. • Build a trusted and scientifically rigorous brand with veterinarians, including building Loyal’s field veterinary education team. • Build strong dog owner awareness, trust, and demand. • Be a key player in risk-reward discussions with technical teams. • Turn customer (vet and dog owner) insights into action. • Build a customer service approach that is obsessed with keeping our pet owners engaged. • Ensuring all aspects of the customer experience, including drug label, packaging, and design are excellent, intuitive, and beautiful. • Manage budgets for launch and commercialization activities.

Requirements

• Experienced executive with experience successfully launching new products - preferably with experience selling into expert audiences. • Demonstrable consumer orientation + instinct. • Highly operational, willing to roll up sleeves with an extreme bias for action. • Strong demonstrable track record building consumer-oriented products. • Experience in building teams including executives and a strong manager/people leader. • Low ego and able to collaborate productively with scientists, and veterinarians. • A clear, direct, concise communicator. • Ability to work independently, highly reliable, and balance IC work with management. • Passion for animals, especially dogs. • Preference to someone who has reported directly to a Founder/CEO before.
