Description
• Responsible for working with LucidLink’s Inbound Sales team and customers during pre-sales • Present and demonstrate efficiencies gained by using LucidLink Filespaces
Requirements
• At least 4 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, customer-facing technical support engineer or in a similar position • Understanding of storage technologies (NAS, SAN, Sync and Share, LucidLink) • Experience in macOS, Windows and Linux OS • Knowledge of command line, terminal or PowerShell processes • Experience in production, post-production, content creation or/or video/audio/graphics workflows
