Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall mission and business objectives • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Senior Management for hiring requests, hiring progress and ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates • Oversee employee relations programs, ensuring fair and consistent practices that promote a positive work environment and employee satisfaction • Partner with Total Rewards to ensure we have a competitive compensation and benefits programs that attracts and retains high-caliber talent while maintaining cost efficiency • Ensure performance management processes drives employee engagement, development, and retention • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where the company operates • Lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including, HRIS management, reporting and analytics • Provide strategic guidance and support for international expansion efforts, including establishing HR policies and practices in new markets

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in an HR/People Operations capacity in Tech, FinTech, or Financial Services • Knowledge of international and domestic HR best practices, including employment law, compliance, visa/immigration knowledge and cultural considerations • Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational success • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Comfortable working in a fast-changing and fast-paced startup environment, being flexible while able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
