Description

• Lead and manage sales, providing strategic direction, guidance, and support to drive performance and achieve sales targets. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives in collaboration with the Chief Client Officer to drive new business growth and expand our client base. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building in both markets. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and challenges to position our agency as a preferred partner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client objectives and exceed expectations. • Manage the sales pipeline across both markets, tracking and prioritizing opportunities and driving timely follow-up and closure of deals. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions in both markets to raise awareness, build relationships, and generate new business leads. • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership. • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and guidelines for the agency, outlining best practices, processes, and methodologies to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency. • Provide training and guidance to the sales team on the implementation and execution of sales strategies, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on new business development and revenue growth • Background in Fashion & Luxury space is preferred. • Extensive experience in the agency environment, with a deep understanding of advertising, marketing, and creative services. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results in diverse markets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders. • Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of effectively leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results in multiple locations. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive performance. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
