Description

• As the Director of Sales, you will be a key part of the go-to-market leadership team. • You will manage a team of managers responsible for quota carrying functions including Mid-Market and SMB Account Executives and Business Development Reps. • We will look to you to draw on your perspective as a seasoned sales leader to set strategy and execute on our growth goals as we pursue our mission of helping investors retire wealthier.

Requirements

• ~10 years of sales leadership experience, overseeing individual contributors and managers, ideally in tech, wealthtech, or asset management • Demonstrated track record of top performance • Superlative leadership skills. A magnet for talent, capable of bringing in and developing bar-raising managers and individual contributors to Pontera. • Excellent coach and teacher, able to coach tactics while also managing personalities • Operationally excellent, with an in-depth understanding of metrics, forecasting, and other elements of sales ops & strategy • Experience working in cross-functional environments with track record of problem solving and bringing proactive solutions to drive team & company performance • Growth mindset. Constantly looking to learn and improve.

Benefits
