• Play a critical role in driving success for portfolio companies. • Identify new growth capabilities and lead their build-out. • Report to the Chief Growth Officer. • Collaborate closely with CEOs to execute high-impact growth initiatives. • Monitor daily portfolio performance and flag potential issues.
Requirements
• Multi-channel strategic and operational experience in growth marketing. • Deep understanding of systems thinking and data-driven decision-making. • Ability to simplify complex problems while maintaining speed and quality in execution. • Manage and develop the growth team. • Ensure exceptional delivery of growth services. • Drive compounding of growth functions. • Build new, high-leverage growth capabilities. • Partner with CEOs to bring companies to profitability. • Stay current on portfolio company performance. • Develop a deep understanding of the Mechanism model. • Own accountability through weekly updates. • Stay current with the market.
