Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience as a customer-facing Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Implementation Manager at a SaaS company • meticulous project manager • creative problem solver • able to deal with a variety of stakeholders • comfortable working autonomously • hungry to join a start-up • love working with customers over video call/email
