• Drive execution of marketing initiatives for MLB’s products. • Manage campaigns for MLB products. • Partner with external and internal marketing teams. • Lead Go-to-Market initiatives for new and existing games. • Develop innovative marketing campaigns for MLB Games & VR products. • Manage relationships with first parties, asset creation and review. • Work with internal teams for seamless campaign execution. • Manage product budgets and revenue reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience in video game marketing/publishing. • Experience with brand management best practices and tools. • Strong creative perspective across various media formats. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to synthesize analytics, data reporting, and customer insights. • Understanding of game and web development, video production. • Excellent business acumen and problem-solving capabilities. • Understanding of consumer-facing events and live event production. • A passion for baseball and video games.
