Description

•Provide proactive strategic legal and business advice to MongoDB’s Partner organization •Draft and negotiate legal agreements with MongoDB partners •Continuously improve and update template partner agreements •Develop and implement training program for Partner team •Actively collaborate with other business teams •Partner closely with product and engineering on new product integrations •Tackle other interesting legal projects

Requirements

•5+ years of technology transactions experience, including in-house experience at a SaaS company •Proven record of success at a top law firm and in-house at a B2B SaaS company •Experience supporting business teams responsible for global partnerships and negotiating transactions for partner programs •Deep knowledge of enterprise software, cloud services, strategic partnerships, licensing, and intellectual property •Excellent business judgment and the ability to balance risk •Strong people and collaboration skills •Motivated, organized, and flexible self-starter •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Curious and enthusiastic about technology •Licensed in an appropriate jurisdiction
