Description

• You will work with retail chains, independent accounts, and distributors. • This position will grow sales by driving distribution in new and existing accounts. • It is an independent and highly collaborative role requiring coordination with cross-functional resources. • You will communicate with new and existing retail chains and independent stores by phone, email, or in person. • You will conduct store audits as needed for shelf placement, pricing, and MyBACON promotion activity. • Working with MyForest Foods products and retail store decision-makers, you will leverage relationships and work to become a trusted advisor while increasing MyBACON's sales velocity through creative problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree • 4+ Years of Sales experience • The ability to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive work environment • Strong work ethic with the ability to overcome objections and build trust • Working knowledge of Salesforce software and the sales process • High level of competency on Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent written and oral communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills • Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to make good decisions to get the job done • Independent and highly collaborative role working with cross-functional team • Must have reliable transportation to conduct store audits • Contacts and working knowledge of Key Retailers in the region they are assigned • Knowledge of UNFI and KeHE
