• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Source, screen, and interview candidates for our Sales and Go-to-Market functions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including developing job postings, effective candidate assessments, and offer negotiations. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking. • Collaborate with the People Team to continuously improve recruitment processes and tools. • Provide timely updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics. • Represent Narmi externally to top talent, effectively sharing our story and our culture.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on hiring for GTM roles. • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly within Sales and Go-To-Market functions. • Familiarity with recruiting tools and techniques. • Understanding of GTM strategies and sales processes within the fintech industry. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders. • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Ability to navigate challenges in recruitment processes and propose effective solutions. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
