Description

• Drive new sales growth by leading end to end sales processes with mid-market HR teams. • Secure new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline with support from our best-in-class internal lead generation team. • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs through discovery and partner with our Solutions Consulting team to craft tailored insurance solutions that meet those needs. • Build strong relationships with HR executives and decision-makers at mid-sized companies throughout the sales process. • Effectively manage your pipeline in Salesforce, keeping information up to date to accurately forecast revenue. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Solutions, Service, Product, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and implementation. • Develop and maintain strong expertise on our capabilities and the competitor landscape.

Requirements

• Experience: A seasoned sales professional with 7+ years of sales experience selling to HR teams and decision makers. • Proven Success: You have an established network and a proven track record of achieving a $1M quota and demonstrating growth within 3+ years at a given company. You are ambitious and motivated and look to exceed sales quota. • Curiosity and Client Focus: Experience and interest in selling to mid-market HR teams, a curiosity to understand their problems and goals. • Sales Methodology: Deep understanding and ability to describe and apply your sales methodology. • Communication Skills: An effective communicator with the ability to drive impactful conversations that simplifies complex processes. • Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver who demonstrates extreme ownership, finding opportunities in setbacks and reflecting on challenges to drive improvement. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze the short and long-term needs of prospects and align them with our value proposition. • Tech Savvy: Technical proficiency and specifically skilled using Salesforce to manage sales cycles.
