Description
• Newlab is scaling our venture platform globally in Mobility, Energy, and Materials. • The Director of Strategic Growth will lead market development and growth initiatives. • Identify and execute strategic partnerships and growth opportunities. • Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies with business objectives. • Monitor and report on the success of growth initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in global strategic planning, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving growth in a similar industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. • Experience with M&A and managing large-scale projects is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Benefits
