Description

• The Director of Partner Growth role will be responsible for expanding relationships with our existing partners by showcasing ShopMy’s extensive offerings and strategically identifying additional opportunities for our clients. • This leadership role is the first of its kind at ShopMy, focused on driving revenue growth by collaborating with partners to maximize their use of ShopMy’s platform, with an initial emphasis on our new Opportunities feature. • In partnership with our Campaigns & Partnerships, Brand Growth and Client Strategy teams, you will drive net new revenue for ShopMy as we scale. • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives at the intersection of elevated account management and strategic sales, and is eager to cultivate deeper partnerships with our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred • 7+ years of sales and account management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven ability to strategically advise C-Suite stakeholders • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth through upselling and expanding existing partner relationships • Strong understanding of the brand and consumer goods industry, with a deep network of relevant contacts • Experience with product launches and driving feature adoption among partners • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions on how we can grow with our partners • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and results-oriented approach - prior experience at a high-growth startup strongly preferred • Passion for the creator economy strongly preferred
