Description

• The Clinical Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies • Provide in-depth clinical education and training to customers • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and technical support team • Recruit, onboard, and train new members of the clinical sales team • Track and report on sales performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, medical device preferred • Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously • Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record
