• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts in the toy industry. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth. • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to create compelling product offerings. • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management. • Attend trade shows and industry events to showcase our products and build network connections. • Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets by effectively managing your accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the toy or consumer goods industry. • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proven ability to develop innovative sales strategies and drive new business. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data. • Willingness to travel as needed for business engagements.
