Description
• Responsible for managing existing customer business and developing new business
Requirements
• Establish positive relationships with customer contacts • Identify new business opportunities and work closely with estimating engineers • Overseeing customer account management, negotiating contracts • Follow up on sales and provide ongoing support • Identify customer needs and expectations • Identify key buying influences at the customer • Write regular reports on customer competitive activities • Provide full customer service and support
