• Initial responsibility for management and growth of Market Development team in your region while maintaining your own book of business • Player/coach role providing an opportunity for people management within the Odeko Revenue organization • Partner with Operations and Customer Support to improve shared responsibilities
• 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in a related industry • 1-2 years of management experience preferred but not required • Proven ability to motivate and lead by example • Analytical and data driven - you enjoy digging in to data to analyze trends and find the “why” • Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels
